Travel
Los Angeles International (LAX), John Wayne Airport (SNA) and San Diego International (SAN) all service the Southern California region. Depending on your route pick the most appropriate airport. Personal preference for us at Serious Golf People is to fly in & out of John Wayne Airport in Orange County and skip all the craziness at the larger international airports.
Renting a car is definitely the top method of transportation in the area and will give you the most access for courses. Amtraks Pacific Surfliner is also a great option for moving along the coast from San Diego to Los Angeles allowing you to stop in multiple towns and courses.
